Your appointment
Submitting a booking form requests an appointment. Louise will email you with payment details for the 50% deposit. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received and Louise confirms it by email. A request reference is provided when your details have been saved; this is not a payment receipt or a confirmed appointment.

Cancellation & arrival
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment so you can settle comfortably.
The details you share
The appointment form asks for your name, email, phone number and any optional notes. These details are used to arrange your appointment and communicate with you by email. Please keep notes brief and avoid including sensitive medical information; discuss that directly with Louise.
Booking details are stored in the appointment system and may be included in appointment notification emails. To ask about access to or deletion of your information, contact Louise using the details below.
Your enquiry
The short enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message, with a topic to help Louise understand your question. Your enquiry is sent to Louise so she can respond by email. These details are used to answer your question and continue that conversation. Please avoid including sensitive medical information.
Enquiries are delivered through AgentMail to Louise’s Gmail inbox. A copy is held by those email services so Louise can manage and reply to your message. AgentMail processes email data in the United States. You can ask Louise to access or delete your enquiry by email. AgentMail’s privacy information.
This website
The public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The practitioner login uses a session cookie. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, Facebook and any book retailer open their respective services, which have their own privacy policies.
The coaching ideas review page can save selections and notes in this browser only when you choose to save them. They are not sent to Louise or submitted to a mailing list. You can clear those saved choices on that page.
Book enquiries
The enquiry form lets you ask Louise about Deeply OK and your preferred edition. She will reply by email. Prices, delivery, payment and returns for the book will be provided by the retailer when a sales link becomes available.
